Payment Options

babyworld shop offers its customers several payment options. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable conducting business on the Internet. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, Solo and AMEX. Cheques are also acceptable, you can request an invoice by email or telephone.

If you would like to fax us your credit card order, please send it to 01491 821872. You must include your name as it appears on the credit card, the card number, the card's expiration date, product IDs, and your daytime telephone number.

Shipping & Delivery

Mainland Britain

Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, babyworld aims to deliver all orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery is FREE on all orders of £95 or more. Our warehouse is not open on a Saturday or Sunday. All orders under £95 are charged at £5.95 irrespective of the number of items ordered, their weight or order value.

If you specify next day delivery to the UK Mainland at £9.75 then provided we receive your order before 3.00pm we will pick pack and despatch it on the day you ordered for delivery on the next working day. Deliveries are normally made between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.

If you specify UK mainland next working day before 12 at £16.35 then provided we receive your order before 3.00pm we will pick pack and despatch it on the day you ordered for delivery before 12 noon the next working day.

BFPO orders are treated the same as UK Mainland, £5.95 or FREE on all orders of £95 or more.

Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, The Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, & Eire.

Delivery of in stock items within 2-3 working days is £17.45 (delivery to Northern Ireland and Eire is £19.00) irrespective of the number of items ordered, their weight or order value.

If you are placing an order from Ireland (Eire) please note that our card processing system requires a postcode. Please use 0000 for your postcode. Alternatively if you are having trouble placing your order please call Brenda on 01491 821877 or contact brenda@babyworld.co.uk

Please Note

Delivery to some postcodes in Scotland including Inverness postcodes (IV and PH)and Caithness postcodes (KW) will take 2 working days. Please contact us for delivery queries to a specific area. Call 01491 821877.

Rest of the World.

We can quote charges and timescales for delivery to all other parts of the world. Please email brenda@babyworld.co.uk with details of your order, delivery address and contact details. Please note: Car seats cannot be delivered outside of the UK or Eire

 

Availability

Should your chosen products be unavailable or delayed, thankfully a rare occurrence, we will contact you immediately to give you revised delivery timescales or a full refund.

NOTE: Special delivery arrangements may be in force for Christmas, the New Year and Easter Holidays. Orders shipped by us and confirmed delivered, completes the order and releases us from all liability.
